Research

Key technologies for face recognition and analysis have received numerous accolades, including the Guangdong Provincial and Shenzhen Municipal Natural Science Awards, the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Natural Science Award, and the Chinese Institute of Electronics Natural Science Award.

The key technologies used in this research include:

1. Learning a unified threshold to distinguish between samples from the same person and samples from different people. Related work, Uniface, was published at top visual science conferences ICCV 2023 and NeurIPS 2023.

2. Network structure adaptation and common feature transfer. Related work was published at CVPR 2022 and TIP 2022.

3. Multi-task data representation and integrated network for face analysis. Related work, Talk2Face, was published at ACM Multimedia 2022.

4. Depression and personality analysis based on network architecture graph representation. Related work, Person Specific Cognition, was published at TAFFC 2021, 2022, and 2023.
