The acceptance review meeting for the research on the intelligent inventory strategy model for nuclear power spare parts was held on July 28, 2023, at Zhizhen Building, Shenzhen University. Li Jianqiang, Executive Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data, Luo Chengwen, Assistant Director, Wang Li, Director of the Technology Transfer Center Office, Deng Xiaolin, Director of the Inventory and Planning Management Office of CGN Nuclear Power Operation Co., Ltd., Han Yaquan, Deputy Director of the Inventory and Planning Management Office, and relevant personnel from both sides attended the meeting.
Professor Fu Xianghua, Vice Dean of the School of Big Data and Internet at Shenzhen Technology University, and Associate Professor Wang Hongqiang, a national-level young talent and doctoral supervisor at Southern University of Science and Technology, were invited as external review experts to provide guidance. The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Luo Chengwen, Assistant Director of the Laboratory.
I. Report on Project Completion Status

Luo Chengwen presented the research on the intelligent inventory strategy model for nuclear power spare parts in sequence. The presentations focused on the project's objectives, technical solutions, research results and indicators, core innovations, the advanced nature of the results, their application and promotion, intellectual property rights applications, and future considerations.
II. Expert Review
The expert panel rigorously reviewed the relevant materials against the acceptance criteria and project task book. They questioned the project leader about the project objectives, implementation progress, main achievements, and the future promotion value of innovative practices, engaging in discussions and providing professional review suggestions. The expert panel unanimously agreed that the research project on the intelligent inventory strategy model for nuclear power spare parts had been completed according to the project design specifications. The project deeply integrated domain knowledge and was able to uncover patterns in the data that aligned with the company's domain knowledge. Finally, the experts announced the review results: the project's solution design was reasonable, the algorithm results met expectations, it satisfied the requirements for intelligent inventory of nuclear power spare parts, and complied with the technical specifications.

III. Project Acceptance by Technical Experts from CGN Nuclear Power Operation Co., Ltd.
Following this, seven technical experts from CGN Nuclear Power Operation Co., Ltd. carefully reviewed, questioned, and evaluated the project completion status and acceptance materials, discussed follow-up concerns, and reached an acceptance conclusion. The technical expert group unanimously agreed that the project team had completed the research content and assessment indicators stipulated in the technical specifications and approved the project for acceptance.

This review meeting adhered to the standards for the acceptance of intelligent research projects, and with high standards and strict requirements as its guiding principles, which played a positive role in promoting the construction of subsequent joint cooperation projects between the laboratory and CGN.
