VI. Calculation of Re-examination Scores and Principles for Proposed Admission The re-examination score is out of 300 points, with the English test accounting for 80 points, the professional subject computer-based test for 100 points, and the comprehensive interview for 120 points.
Based on the enrollment quota allocated by the university, the proposed admission list will be determined according to the candidate's re-examination batch, total score (total score = preliminary examination score + re-examination score), combined with the candidate's usual academic performance, ideological and political performance, professional competence, and physical health. The total re-examination score will be retained to two decimal places. Candidates will be admitted based on their total score from highest to lowest. If total scores are the same, admission will be based on the following order from highest to lowest: total re-examination score, total interview score, total preliminary examination professional subject score, preliminary examination foreign language score, preliminary examination professional subject one score, and preliminary examination professional subject two score. Candidates under the "University Student Soldier Program" will be admitted based on merit. Candidates who have received a second-class merit or higher in the military and whose total re-examination score is higher than 60% of the full re-examination score will be admitted. The following applicants will not be admitted:
1. Those whose ideological and political quality and moral character are deemed unqualified during the review;
2. Those whose total re-examination score is lower than 60% of the full score;
3. Those who fail to submit re-examination materials by the deadline or whose materials are falsified;
4. Those who fail to undergo a physical examination at the hospital designated by our university or whose physical examination is deemed unqualified;
5. Those who have already accepted offers from other universities;
6. Master's students who fail to obtain their undergraduate graduation certificate before enrollment in the year of admission will have their admission revoked (except for those admitted with equivalent academic qualifications);
7. Those who fail to submit their directed employment contract or personnel file by the deadline;
8. Those who violate the "Integrity Commitment Letter for Re-examination".
The National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data System Computing Technology in the re-examination
After the examination, the laboratory-approved re-examination results (including re-examination scores, total scores, total rankings, and the list of candidates to be admitted) will be submitted to the Graduate School. The final list of candidates to be admitted will be published on the Shenzhen University Graduate Admissions Information Website.
VII. Other
(I) Strict Examination Discipline. Violations of regulations and discipline will be strictly investigated and dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations. Candidates, examination staff, and other relevant personnel who violate examination management regulations and examination room discipline during the graduate entrance examination, affecting the fairness and impartiality of the examination, will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the *Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China*, the *Education Law of the People's Republic of China*, the *Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Organizing Examination Cheating*, and the *Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations* (Ministry of Education Order No. 33). For current students, their schools will impose disciplinary action according to relevant regulations, up to and including expulsion; for employed candidates, their employers will be notified, and the employers will impose disciplinary action according to the circumstances; for examination staff, the education examination and admissions institutions or their employers will impose corresponding administrative sanctions according to the circumstances; those who commit illegal acts will be held legally responsible, and those who commit crimes will be held criminally responsible. (II) The Leading Group for the Re-examination of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data System Computing Technology, Shenzhen University, reserves the right to the final interpretation of any matters not covered in these Detailed Rules.
