Dr. Yinglan Feng graduated from the Department of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong in 2024, under the supervision of Professor Kay Chen Tan; from 2024 to 2025, she conducted postdoctoral research at the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Hong Kong Polytechnic University; and joined the School of Artificial Intelligence, Shenzhen University in October 2025. Her research focuses on intelligent computing, particularly solving complex multi-objective problems involving various forms of transfer optimization; she has published over 10 papers in IEEE TEVC, Swarm EC, and other international journals and conferences; and serves as a reviewer for several authoritative international journals and conferences in the fields of computational intelligence and machine learning, including TEVC, TCYB, CIM, TCDS, and TETCI.
