Pan Yinghui, PhD, is currently an Associate Professor at the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data System Computing Technology, Shenzhen University. She is an Executive Committee Member of the Collaborative Computing Committee of the China Computer Federation and a Director of the Information Systems Engineering Committee of the Chinese Society for Systems Engineering. Her research focuses on multi-agent systems, probabilistic graphical models, and artificial intelligence under uncertainty. She received a government-sponsored doctoral program at Aalborg University in Denmark and was a visiting scholar at Teesside University in the UK. She possesses a strong theoretical foundation in multi-agent systems and has conducted in-depth research on multi-agent decision-making applications under uncertain environments, such as unmanned aerial vehicle tracking, service innovation, and typhoon early warning. In recent years, she has led one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) general program, two sub-projects of the National Key Research and Development Program of China, and one Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation general program. She has also led and completed one NSFC youth program and one NSFC regional program. She has participated in numerous national and provincial natural science foundation projects and has extensive research experience. She has published numerous papers in authoritative domestic and international journals and top international conferences. In addition, she serves as a senior program committee member for more than ten top international conferences, including AAAI, IJCAI, and AAMAS, and a reviewer for journals such as TKDE, TSMC, INS, KBS, Chinese Journal of Computers, and Chinese Journal of Software.
