Experts Provide Guidance | National Engineering Laboratory Holds Academic Conference and 2025 National Natural Science Foundation of China Application Guidance and Exchange Meeting
To effectively improve the quality of applications for the 2025 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) grants, the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data held an academic report meeting and grant application guidance exchange session on the morning of January 7, 2025, in the Turing Conference Room of Zhizhen Building. Professor Wang Ling from Tsinghua University and Professor Xing Lining from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology were invited to provide in-depth guidance and suggestions to applicants on their project proposals. Professor Li Jianqiang, Executive Director of the Laboratory, and approximately forty researchers participated in the meeting, either in person or online. The National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data held a successful mobilization meeting for the 2025 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) application.
To effectively enhance the enthusiasm and improve the quality of applications from laboratory researchers for the 2025 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) grants, the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data held a mobilization meeting for the 2025 NSFC application on December 31, 2024. Approximately thirty laboratory researchers participated in the meeting, either in person or online. The meeting was chaired by Zhu Zexuan, the laboratory's deputy director in charge of research. Deputy Director Zhu first briefly introduced the laboratory's application situation in 2024 and the preliminary application situation for 2025, and analyzed relevant review opinions, affirming the achievements while summarizing shortcomings.
