Li Jianqiang, PhD, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, IET Fellow, Executive Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data System Computing Technology, Vice Dean of the School of Computer Software, Shenzhen University, Director of the Institute of Network and Information Security, Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program, National Young Talent, Director of the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Big Data Analysis, Recipient of the Guangdong Provincial Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Head of the Guangdong Provincial Artificial Intelligence Teaching Team, and selected for Shenzhen University's "Liyuan Excellent Young Scientists" Training Program in 2016.

He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in 2003 and his Doctor of Engineering degree in 2008 from South China University of Technology, and joined the faculty of Shenzhen University in August 2008. For many years, I have been engaged in research on artificial intelligence, robotics, the Internet of Things, and mobile healthcare. I have completed and led 5 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, including 1 Outstanding Youth Project, 1 Key Project, 2 General Projects, and 1 Youth Project. I have published over 100 papers, including over 72 papers in the past 5 years, over 60 of which are SCI papers, and over 30 are in the first quartile of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. I have published over 40 papers in IEEE journals such as Science Advances, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TII, IEEE TASE, IEEE ToN, IEEE TMC, and IEEE TVT (including 1 Science sub-journal and over 30 IEEE Transactions), with 9 highly cited papers and 2 hot papers. I have been granted patents to companies such as ZTE Corporation. I have applied for 27 national patents and 8 software copyrights. As the first author, I have won the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Progress First Prize, the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, and the Guangdong Provincial Teaching Achievement First Prize three times. He serves as associate editor, editor-in-chief, or editorial board member for six international and domestic academic journals, including IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Computing. In 2021, he was selected for Stanford University's list of the world's top scientists. He won third place in the aerial robotics (rotorcraft) competition at the China Robotics Competition; he mentored students who won first prize in the China Robotics Competition, and his "Vision-Based Sports Field Service Robot" won the Guangdong Provincial Special Prize in the Challenge Cup. He emphasizes the application of his research, leading students to win the National Maker Competition.
