The Management Committee Meeting and 2023 Working Meeting of the Joint Laboratory for Nuclear Power Operation Big Data were held on February 15, 2023, at CGN Nuclear Power Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CGN). Li Jianqiang, Executive Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data, along with Deputy Directors Zhu Zexuan and Shen Linlin, Wang Li, Director of the Technology Transfer Center Office, Wang Haoyu, Manager of CGN's Science and Technology Information and Documentation Department, Hou Yalin, Manager of the Spare Parts Center, Yue Yongsheng, Manager of the Science and Technology Innovation Application Project Department, Chen Shijun, Deputy Director of the Major Equipment Management Office, and other relevant leaders and personnel from both sides attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Zhu Zexuan. At the meeting, Li Jianqiang announced the appointment of the Management Committee and leadership team of the Joint Laboratory for Nuclear Power Operation Big Data. He stated that research on nuclear power operation big data is of great significance to the development of nuclear power and even to the benefit of society, and expressed hope that both sides would continue to maintain close communication and achieve joint results.
Wang Haoyu said that the cooperation of the joint laboratory is a long-term collaboration. CGN Group attaches great importance to the joint construction of the Joint Laboratory for Nuclear Power Operation Big Data with Shenzhen University, and hopes that the joint laboratory can effectively solve problems in nuclear power operation and achieve new breakthroughs in the field.
Subsequently, the Joint Laboratory Management Committee reviewed and discussed the laboratory management system, daily work procedures, and arrangements for the joint laboratory's unveiling ceremony.
Wang Li introduced the joint laboratory's collaborative projects, award application plans, and personnel training programs. In 2023, both parties plan to jointly conduct six collaborative projects, including "Optimization of the Big Data Computing System for Intelligent Monitoring of Cold Sources." The Joint Laboratory Management Committee discussed these topics in detail.
This meeting was the first formal working meeting since the establishment of the joint laboratory, marking its official operation and the beginning of a new phase in the cooperation between Shenzhen University and CGN Group.
The Nuclear Power Operation Big Data Joint Laboratory was jointly established by Shenzhen University and CGN Nuclear Power Operation Co., Ltd., based on the "Framework Agreement for Cooperative Construction of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data System Computing Technology." The joint laboratory will focus on cooperation in areas such as optimized scheduling of nuclear power plant overhaul resources, efficient spare parts supply, and intelligent management of major equipment, comprehensively improving the digitalization and intelligence level of nuclear power operation.
