邱育珊,博士,深圳大学数学科学学院副教授、博导、硕导。获得“深圳市优秀青年基金”项目资助,入选深圳市海外高层次人才、深圳大学“荔园优青”。2015年8月毕业于香港大学获博士学位,随后在美国西北大学、贝勒医学院从事博士后工作。2016年9月加入深圳大学任助理教授,2022年7月晋升长聘副教授。研究方向包括生物信息学,智能计算方法,生物医药大数据的数据分析等。目前担任 CCF生物信息学专业委员会委员、CAAI生物信息学与人工生命专业委员会委员、中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专业委员会委员。主持国家级自然科学基金3项(面上项目2项,青年项目1项)和多项省部级项目。


招生信息:招收生物信息与机器学习方向的硕士研究生与博士研究生,要求理论基础扎实,编程能力强,对科研感兴趣并能做到刻苦钻研
