In the latest announcement of the first batch of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects for 2024, the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data received approval for 9 projects, including 1 Excellent Young Scientists Fund project, 4 General Program projects, and 4 Young Scientists Fund projects, with a total funding of 5.25 million yuan. During the centralized application period for 2024, the laboratory submitted 26 applications, achieving an approval rate of 34.6%, far exceeding the national average.
